This role will involve managing a dedicated HR team to ensure high-quality support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and organisational change.Key Responsibilities:Deliver professional HR advice that addresses all stages of the employee life cycle, including resourcing, probation, induction, and employee relations cases.Manage and develop a team within the HR Advice and Consultancy service to provide consistent and effective guidance on HR policies and procedures.Coordinate team activities and allocate resources to meet service priorities and respond to organisational needs.Develop and maintain HR toolkits (procedures, guidance, templates) to assist managers in their people management responsibilities.Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of casework are maintained within the centralised case management system.Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance the quality of advice provided to managers.Proactively manage complex cases, ..... full job details .....
