Job Description As a Health Care Assistant, you will be supporting clients with their day to day care needs in home care and community based settings. You will help clients remain safe, comfortable and supported while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. The role may involve supporting older people, vulnerable adults and individuals who require assistance with personal care, mobility, companionship and daily routines. Responsibilities The precise tasks carried out by a Health Care Assistant will vary depending on the client s care needs.
