The purpose of the position is to take responsibility of the international team that supports multiple markets across Europe.A key focus will be on the German market which is brand new for this business but will have massive growth.Your team works with field sales managers in Europe and supports them with the sales they are making. Salary = 39,000 per annum basic salaryBonus = The bonus is a mixture of individual and team performance.
