Our client, a leading organisation in the energy and oil and gas sector, is seeking an Environmental Advisor for a permanent position based in London. The role will provide environmental compliance, operational support, regulatory engagement and performance reporting across UK and European operations, with regular travel to operational sites and contractor premises.Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation and maintenance of environmental compliance programmes across operational sites.Monitor developments in UK and EU environmental legislation and assess potential impacts on the business.Assist with environmental permit applications, regulatory submissions, compliance documentation, audits and inspections.Track actions arising from audits, incidents, inspections and environmental improvement plans.Support the development and continual improvement of the Environmental Management System, including internal audits and corrective actions.Provide practical environmental guidance to operations, engineering, maintenance and project teams.Support initiatives covering emissions management, pollution prevention, waste management, biodiversity, resource efficiency and climate resilience.Collect, validate and analyse environmental data, contributing to ESG, sustainability, emissions and regulatory reporting.Job Requirements:Experience in an environmental advisory, compliance or operational support role, ideally within the energy, oil and gas or utilities sector.Understanding of UK ..... full job details .....
