Finance ManagerWe are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Finance team for a 13-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.Position: Finance ManagerLocation: London E2/Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office)Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Contract: Fixed term position - 13 monthSalary: £42,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)Benefits: 8% employer pension contribution, life insurance and an employee assistance programme with health insurance after six months'' service.Closing Date: Friday 24th of April. Early applications are encouraged as we may close the role before the deadline if a suitable candidate is found.About the RoleYou will provide essential support in processing transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling the balance sheet and contributing towards achieving the mission of a thriving tea sector that is socially just and environmentally sustainable.Responsibilities include:Process financial data on QuickBooksReview and post all income and expenditure transactionsPrepare and process weekly payment runsAdminister and review credit cardsEnsure timely and accurate creation of sales invoices and credit notesMonitor debtors and creditors ledgersAdminister UK bank and Western Union accountsReview and coordinate the monthly UK payrollManage Fixed Assets register, overseeing purchases and capitalization per policy.Support the preparation of donor and cost centre reports as required by the Programme team and COOOversee the completion of the ..... full job details .....
