The role begins on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent.The RoleAs a Children''s Support Worker, you will: Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young people. Promote independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. Build positive, professional relationships with young people. Support with daily routines, education, appointments, and recreational activities. Encourage positive behaviour and follow individual care plans. Complete accurate records and reports. Work as part of a supportive and professional team.Requirements Previous experience working with children or young people in a residential or supported living environment. A caring, resilient, and patient approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins where required.
