Chef de Partie - Sous Chef (live in may be available) required for our client, a restaurant with wedding / function / events space, recently opened in the Croydon area. As Chef de Partie - Sous Chef, the ideal candidate for this role will have previous restaurant and banqueting experience. You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work. This role will require that you work week-ends. Monday and Tuesday the restaurant is closed. The role of Chef de Partie - Sous Chef, will require you to assist the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation. This is a hands-on role using fresh produce and requires good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc. The salary for this opportunity of Chef de Partie - Sous Chef, is given as competitive - basic plus a share of tips.
