As a key team member, you''ll handle cases of differing complexity using a case management system and AI-enabled legal technology, which is being fully integrated into estate administration processes through 2025.You''ll engage with clients primarily via telephone and email, collaborate with expert colleagues to enhance your legal skills, and receive administrative support. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, ensuring accurate case documentation, and contributing to the continued growth and innovation of the probate team.What you''ll need to succeedYou will be a skilled and client-focused probate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, holding recognised legal qualifications such as CILEX, STEP, or equivalent experience in probate law.
