Position: Air Conditioning Working SupervisorLocation: WestminsterSalary: 50,000 - 60,000Our client, a specialist M+E services provider, who operate throughout the South East, are seeking an experienced AC Engineer / AC Supervisor to join their team, covering 3 prestigious sites in the Westminster / Kensington area.The Air Conditioning Supervisor will be overseeing engineers, as well as working on the tools themselves, carrying out servicing and repairs, of air conditioning systems across 3 sites, ensuring systems are always running smoothly. Due to the nature of the sites, they have an ageing HVAC infrastructure, so the Air Conditioning Supervisor must be technically competent, working on older systems, with no supervision, prioritising high 1st fix rates etc. as they will be the technical lead, for the site. The Air Conditioning Supervisor will be managing KPI''s, ensuring HandS across the 3 sites and providing technical assistance to the other engineers. The Engineer / Supervisor must hold their NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in air conditioning, as well as their f-gas.The Working Supervisor must also be able to pass an enhanced DBS, as well as further security checks as required.
