15.06 per hourBoth part time and full time roles availableBased in Brislington - hybrid after 3 monthsTemporary - 6 monthsTate are working with a local authority in their search for Repairs Coordinators on a temporary basisYou would be based in their Responsive Repairs Team based in the Housing Department, with key responsibilities: Scheduling repairs and tasks to colleagues onsiteKeeping residents updated at all stages of a repairKeeping accurate notes of actions and conversationsTo recognise and act on Health and Safety issuesDealing with enquiries from residents, colleagues and other stake holders, by email, telephone and textComing up with solutions to problems whilst keeping tenants informed of the status of their repair.Working alongside a team of Trade Specific Managers and Supervisors, as well as other departments in Housing and Landlord Services such as Estates and the Citizen Contact CentreRaising repair orders, arranging appointments with residents and scheduling work to site-based teamsSkills / experience:Customer service experienceAdministration experienceExcellent IT skillsHousing or schedule experience (desirable)Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
