Prospero Teaching are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work in a local school in Braintree. Starting after Easter. We are looking for an individual who has strong behaviour management skills and is passionate about supporting children on a 1:1 basis.CONTRACT DETAILS Location - Braintree Position - 1:1 Teaching Assistant Start date - After Easter Full time/part-time - Full time Minimum rate of pay - 100 - 110 per day (depending on experience) Hours - Monday to Friday, 08:15am - 15:45pmEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience working with children, ideally in a UK school setting Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential) Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last yearTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child-related referencesOTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
