Mobile Maintenance Electrician West London £40-45k We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a growing facilities maintenance team covering commercial and mixed-use sites across West London. The Mobile Maintenance Electrician Role: You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and general building services tasks while ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service are maintained at all times. Key Mobile Maintenance Electrician duties include: Carrying out reactive and planned electrical maintenance Completing fault finding, repairs, and minor installation works Supporting small project and refurbishment works Working to SLA response and completion times Updating jobs and reports through the CAFM/PDA system Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures Maintaining accurate service records and reporting follow-on works Supporting with additional multi-skilled maintenance tasks when required Participating in an out-of-hours callout rota on a rota basis Mobile Maintenance Electrician Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: City and Guilds or NVQ electrical qualification 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Experience within facilities maintenance or building services Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience Good communication and customer-facing skills ..... full job details .....
