Title: MandA Tax Manager - London Location: London, UK Hybrid and Flexible Salary: Competitive + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are recruiting an MandA Tax Manager in London to manage day-to-day workflows on transaction projects for owner-managed and corporate clients. You will provide technical tax advisory and due diligence reports, liaise with clients and their professional advisors, and support junior team members through coaching and delegation.
