Responsibilities

Support the delivery of quality care at the care home and work with the General Manager.Lead in the General Manager’s absence and motivate a multidisciplinary team to help residents achieve a high quality of life.Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking regulatory compliance.Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals and maintain high care standards.

About You

Experience in helping residents with different health needs.Successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.Some HR experience; strong knowledge of sales and marketing; understanding of budget management.Compassionate, resilient and determined to deliver quality care in an engaging and energetic environment.
