We are currently looking for passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Eastbourne primary schools, starting from September 2025. Whether you''re looking for a long-term contract or more flexible, short-term supply work, we have opportunities that suit your preferences and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

  
  



• 
  

  Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment that nurtures both academic and emotional growth.

  
  



• 
  

  Assist in managing challenging behaviour using appropriate strategies.

  
  



• 
  

  Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.

  
  



• 
  

  Adapt to a range of classroom environments and pupil needs.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.

  
  



• 
  

  A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children with additional needs.

  
  



• 
  

  Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

  
  



• 
  

  Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

  
  



• 
  

  Availability to start from September 2025 for either short-term or long-term roles.
