The role will include managing extensive travel arrangements (to include visas, hotel booking, taxis, trains etc.) and diary management; typing reports; liaising with clients in the UK and abroad; audio dictation; file openings; billing; and amending / producing documents.This is a busy role and the partner is looking for someone adaptable, who can think on their feet. Although you will primarily be providing support to the senior partner, you must be willing to also assist a small team of senior lawyers as and when needed. Legal experience will be a distinct advantage, but our client will also consider PAs, from a corporate / professional services background with stellar secretarial and IT skills.
