It s a hands-on, varied role where you ll be closely involved in both day-to-day technical management and product development activity.Key responsibilities Support supplier onboarding and ongoing compliance managementInvestigate complaints and out-of-spec results, identifying root cause and driving corrective actionWork with suppliers to improve product quality and reduce recurring issuesOversee product testing, shelf-life validation, and sensory assessmentsSupport NPD/EPD projects from concept through to launch, including trials and first productionsWrite and maintain accurate product specificationsReview and approve packaging artwork and labelling for compliance and brand alignment About you Experience in a food technical / quality / food safety role within FMCG or food manufacturing/retailConfident managing suppliers and handling technical investigationsStrong ..... full job details .....
