Business Development Representative The Business Development Representative builds relationships, generates and cultivates business leads and sets onsite appointments for outside sales team. Responsible for achieving quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Bracknell office. What you will be doing: Responds to interested prospects via phone, email, and social media. Builds pipeline through outbound prospecting and hands off leads to sales. Connects with mid-sized to large businesses, including C-level contacts. Supports sales by qualifying leads and finding new prospects to drive revenue. Meets set targets for calls, opportunities, and deals. Conducts market research for Territory Managers. Stays updated on products and value propositions for effective communication. Maintains accurate CRM data entry. What we are looking for: Preferred experience in telephone sales or solution selling within the software industry. If you''ve got this background, you''re already ahead! Experience in managing and nurturing leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline is a big plus. We value those who can cultivate relationships and drive them towards success. Proven track record in achieving quota goals.
