Reporting to the Operations Director, you''ll play a key role in ensuring our homes are safe, well-maintained, and sustainable. You''ll lead on building safety and compliance, oversee planned and cyclical maintenance, support our sustainability goals, and help us continue delivering high-quality services to residents.
