Are you ready to lead health and safety initiatives in a critical infrastructure environment?

We''re seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to support a leading utility contractor in West London and Oxford. You will be instrumental in driving safety and environmental excellence across complex network repair and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislative requirements.

As our Health and Safety Manager, you will:

• Support the delivery of the Health and Safety strategy, aligning operational activities with regulatory and client expectations
• Provide expert guidance on high-risk activities such as excavations, confined space entries, and street works
• Lead internal audits, assurance programmes, and incident investigations to promote continuous improvement
• Oversee environmental compliance, pollution prevention, waste management, and sustainability initiatives
• Support external accreditation processes including ISO standards and client audits

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in Health and Safety positions within civil engineering, utilities, or construction sectors
• Knowledge of UK HSEQ legislation, ISO management systems, and high-risk operations
• Good leadership and communication skills across all levels of an organisation
• Relevant Health and Safety qualifications such as NEBOSH (or equivalent)
