The Role You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for understanding how a large-scale digital platform performs in real-world use. Your focus will be on turning complex technical data into clear, useful insights that support both day-to-day operations and longer-term decision-making. This is a role for someone who is comfortable working with data at scale, but equally confident explaining what it means to a range of stakeholders.
