BUILDING SAFETY COORDINATOR - 12 Month FTCRendall and Rittner • Competitive • Home BasedROLE OVERVIEWYou will join Rendall and Rittner on a 12 month fixed-term contract to strengthen our building safety capability across a varied residential portfolio. As a trusted coordinator, you will bring structure, pace and clarity to how we plan, evidence and continually improve compliance with evolving building safety legislation.Working closely with Property Managers, Technical, Legal and Resident Services teams, you will help translate regulation into pragmatic, resident-focused actions. You will be central to the "golden thread" of information, ensuring our records are accurate, auditable and readily accessible, while supporting clear resident communication and engagement.ROLE EXPECTATIONSMost days you will organise, chase and quality-check building safety information, keeping actions on track and stakeholders aligned. You will review evidence packs, maintain registers and dashboards, and coordinate surveys, inspections and remedial works with clear updates to internal teams and residents.
