Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Lead cleanroom and specialist facility builds, ensuring compliance with strict industry and client requirements.Control budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive efficiency to keep projects on track.Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth collaboration at every stage.Carry out detailed risk assessments and implement smart mitigation strategies to keep sites safe and disruption-free.Run site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to keep teams engaged, accountable, and aligned.Oversee work permits and authorisations, ensuring all activities are fully risk-assessed and approved.Conduct on-site safety audits, proactively tackling hazards and maintaining the highest HandS standards.What’s in it for you
