This role would suit a highly skilled second line engineer ready to take the next step into leadership, or someone with prior experience leading a small team in a fast paced environment. About the Role You will lead and coordinate a second line support team of 7 to 9 engineers, providing expert guidance across endpoint management, hardware support and end user software troubleshooting. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring effective delivery of second line processes and maintaining high standards of service across a complex and growing estate.
