Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are now looking to complement their growing team with a Revit MEP Technician – ideally with a 5 years plus and able to hit the ground running. They’re in the process of confirming plans to open a new office, demonstrating their growth and ambition.

Base pay range

Salary Up to around £45,000

Flexible working and 9 day fortnight

Birmingham City Centre

9 day working fortnight = 4 day working week every other week

About the roleThe successful candidate will have sound Building Services understanding and be able to use software packages such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks for example. All of their work is exclusively done using BIM and you will be complementing 2 other BIM professionals within the business. Ideally with 5 years plus and able to hit the ground running.

Requirements

Experience with Revit / BIM and Building Services design

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks

5+ years'' Building Services design experience
