The successful candidate will be given full training and will be able to study for professional qualifications whilst learning and developing within the Pensions Administration team. Key Responsibilities As a Trainee Pensions Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Producing calculations of member benefits using pro forma documents or automated systems (increasing in complexity over time). Preparing standard and tailored correspondence to members, clients, and advisers. Maintaining client databases and websites (where applicable), ensuring accurate member record-keeping. Assisting with bulk data updates and simple verification processes to ensure data accuracy. Drafting responses to member and client queries using standard templates or custom-written responses.
