Commercial Property Manager, Central LondonWest End Property CompanyBased in LondonAccountable for a brilliant West End commercial portfolio, of offices with additional retailManage lease enforcement actions to ensure timely rent collection, obligation performance, rent collection, and tight financial management/recovery of costs.Able to budget, implement, manage, and reconcile service charges.Contribute to team meetings as/where appropriate whilst continually seeking to collaborate and develop new strategies for the assets to drive income, reduce costs through efficiency,Assist with mentoring junior team members.Seek to improve customer experience throughout their journey.Promote relationships with service partners (agents, solicitors, contractors) and ensure optimum performance.Knowledge, experience, and skills:Ideally MRICSExcellent customer service, relationship-building with suppliers, and coordination of activities.Experience with mixed-use, multi-let/occupied buildings.An appreciation of net zero, sustainability, and ESG.
