Job Title: Assembly - Disassembly Operator Location: Southam, Warwickshire Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), and future shift patterns will be implemented Salary: 27,000 - 28,000 (Depending on Experience) On behalf of our Client who are committed to delivering high-quality products through efficient manufacturing and refurbishment processes. We are looking for reliable and proactive Assemblers/Disassemblers to join our operations team and support the safe assembly, disassembly, inspection, and handling of products (for example Metal, Magnets, and Batteries) Key Responsibilities Assemble and disassemble products in accordance with company procedures and quality standards. Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively. Inspect components and identify damaged or defective parts. Maintain accurate records of work completed. Ensure workstations remain clean, organised, and safe. Support stock handling, movement of materials, and preparation of products for production or shipment. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets. Report any quality, safety, or equipment issues to supervisors. Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
