About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging, personalised lessonsandnbsp;for students with a range of SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environmentandnbsp;that promotes emotional and academic growth
• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
• Work collaboratively with parents, support staff, and external agenciesandnbsp;to ensure consistent and effective support

The ideal candidate will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to teaching
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, working effectively with staff, students, and families
