A global consumer-facing organisation is seeking a UK-qualified Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team.This role supports the business across multiple jurisdictions, working directly with senior leadership on high-profile projects.Hybrid working, London.The Role

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.Advising on governance, company secretarial, compliance and risk matters.Supporting board activity, investor relations and transactions (including MandA and financing).Managing disputes and liaising with external counsel.Ideal Candidate

5PQE +UK-qualified solicitor with top-tier training in corporate/commercial law.Strong in-house experience is essentialProven ability to influence at board level.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and commercial acumen.Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
