They also offer a full repair and refurbishment service.About the Role:As an HGV Mechanic, you will be an integral part of our workshop and production facility. Your responsibilities will include:Preparation of Hire Vehicles: Ensure trucks are ready for hire by cleaning, inspecting, and repairing any defects.Vehicle Repairs: Work on both chassis and refuse collection equipment for our fleet and customer vehicles.Building New Equipment: Use your skills to construct new refuse collection machinery.Driving HGVs: If you have a Class 2 licence, you may also be required to drive.Key Details:Location: LeylandHours: 39 hours per weekMonday to Thursday: 8 am - 5 pmFriday: 8 am - 4 pmPay: 17 - 18 per hour, depending on skill levelOvertime: AvailableUniform: ProvidedCandidate Requirements:Class 2 licence is desirable, but not essential.Some experience working on HGVs is essential.Fabrication experience would be a bonus!Why Join Us?This is not ..... full job details .....
