Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Operative to join our team on rotating shifts. This role involves working within a fast-paced manufacturing production environment, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining efficient operations and upholding our commitment safety and quality assurance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills within a manufacturing environment. Working Hours: Rotating Shifts, 6:00am till 2:00pm and 2:00pm and 10:00pm Monday to Thursday (With Ealy finishes on Fridays) Due to the location of the company site, you will need to hold a valid driving license and have your own vehicle. Location is in a rural area so public transport would not be a reliable source to travel consistently to work. Responsibilities Operating hydraulic power presses. Producing high volumes of compression moulded components within fast paced manufacturing environment. General assembly work in a safe and efficient manner. Working from manufacturing drawings. Working as part of a team to complete work in a timely and efficient manner. Maintaining high standards and regular housekeeping. Working as part of a busy production line.
