Private Client Insurance Broker Insurance Broker / Insurance Account Handler / Insurance Claims Handler About the Role We are recruiting a Private Client Insurance Broker to join a successful and well-established Insurance business supporting a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a hybrid Insurance role, with regular time spent in the office, therefore candidates must be commutable to Edinburgh (3 days a week). This opportunity is open to candidates from a broad Insurance background, including Insurance Brokers, Insurance Account Handlers and Insurance Claims Handlers, who are keen to move into or further develop a client-facing Insurance role. Previous Private Client experience is not essential but would be preferable. You will work within a relationship-led Insurance team, supporting clients with household, high-value and bespoke Insurance requirements and building strong relationships with insurers and underwriters. Key Responsibilities Support and manage a portfolio of clients within a Private Client Insurance environment Provide advice on a range of personal lines and household Insurance products Handle Insurance renewals, new business enquiries and mid-term adjustments Liaise with insurers and underwriters to obtain and negotiate Insurance terms Deliver a high-quality, client-facing Insurance service via phone, email and meetings Support the Insurance claims process and act as a point of contact for client queries Maintain accurate Insurance records and ..... full job details .....
