Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister occupational and/or personal pension schemes in accordance with scheme rules and regulatory requirementsProcess member life cycle events, including joiners, leavers, retirements, transfers, and benefit calculationsRespond to member and client queries via email, telephone, and written correspondence in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate scheme records and ensure data integrity at all timesLiaise with clients, advisers, providers, and third parties as requiredSupport data validation, reconciliations, and system updatesEnsure all activities comply with relevant legislation, ..... full job details .....
