Social Media Content Production Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Content Production Manager to join our global client''s marketing & Social Media team. This is a hands-on role dedicated to "making content happen" for a major global brand that operates in the manufacturing & production sector.

This role owns the content production pipeline from creative brief through final delivery. Working closely with Marketing Project Leads, creative partners, external agencies and internal stakeholders, the consultant will ensure high-quality content is delivered on time, on brand and optimized for each platform.

You will not be responsible for defining campaign strategy or managing community channels. Instead, you will ensure the right content is produced, the right partners are engaged and production runs efficiently across multiple concurrent projects.

You should be experienced at managing the social media production for a global brand.

Key Responsibilities

Social Content Production

• Lead production of social-first content across multiple campaigns.
• Translate campaign objectives into production briefs for internal teams and external partners.
• Produce content optimized for platform-specific behaviors and audience expectations.
• Ensure content meets brand, legal and platform requirements.
• Maintain high creative quality while balancing production speed and campaign priorities.
• Support content development across both always-on and campaign-based marketing.

Content Pipeline Management

• Own and manage the end-to-end content production pipeline.
• Build and maintain production schedules aligned with campaign milestones.
• Track production status across all active content.
• Identify production risks, bottlenecks and resource constraints.
• Prioritize work across multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Maintain a healthy content backlog by proactively identifying opportunities tied to game updates, live events, creator content, seasonal moments and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure content is delivered on time and within agreed scope.

Agency Management

• Serve as the primary production contact for external content agencies.
• Brief agencies with clear creative direction and production requirements.
• Review agency deliverables and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure agency work meets quality expectations, timelines and budgets.
• Manage revisions and approvals through final delivery.
• Build scalable ways of working with agency partners.

Partner Collaboration

• Work closely with internal marketing teams, game teams and external partners.
• Coordinate production requirements across multiple stakeholders.
• Gather required assets, approvals and feedback.
• Ensure partner requests are incorporated without disrupting production timelines.
• Maintain clear communication throughout production.
