Contracts Manager (Anaerobic Digestion and Water Treatment) - Role Overview The Contracts Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of complex engineering and construction projects, acting as the primary client contact and leading multidisciplinary teams. The role oversees programme delivery, commercial performance, procurement, risk management, and compliance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Client and Stakeholder Management Act as the main client representative and primary point of contact. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and third-party stakeholders. Manage client feedback, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to expand services. Leadership and Team Management Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams. Provide mentoring, performance management, and resource planning. Support recruitment and contribute to tenders and business growth initiatives. Promote a collaborative, performance-driven culture. Project Delivery and Commercial Management Oversee programme delivery, budgets, procurement, forecasting, and cashflow. Manage project risks and opportunities to improve performance and profitability. Drive continuous improvement through best-practice project management methodologies.
