Our client, operating within the rail sector, is currently seeking a Civils Supervisor to join their growing team. This permanent position involves work on a variety of rail infrastructure projects across London and the South East, including minor civils, lineside civils, drainage, and de-vegetation works.Key Responsibilities:Supervising site activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulationsCoordinating and allocating resources including labour, materials, and plant requirementsAssisting in planning works and confirming site paperwork and permitsOverseeing drainage and de-vegetation works along rail infrastructureConducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and qualityCollaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryProviding technical guidance and support to onsite teamsJob Requirements:Experience as a Site Supervisor within the rail and civils sectorCurrent Sentinel/PTS certificationSSSTS/SMSTS qualificationUK driving licenseCOSS certification (preferred but not essential)Strong understanding of site management and safety proceduresExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to work largely on-site with some office-based tasksBenefits:Permanent position in a growing businessOpportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projectsWork primarily on rail infrastructure with diverse tasksSupportive and collaborative work environmentProfessional development and training ..... full job details .....
