Facilities and Events Support AssistantLocation: Stockley Park Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Pay Rate: 14.50 per hourAn established IT company based in Stockley Park is seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities and Events Support Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operation of its office, facilities, and event activities.This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys practical work, has a strong work ethic, and can work independently while supporting multiple departments.Key ResponsibilitiesEvents and Marketing SupportScan and label products for large events and exhibitions.Assist with the setup and dismantling of event pods and displays.Accompany team members to and from the warehouse to collect or deliver equipment and stock.Load pallets and securely shrink-wrap products for transportation.Support marketing stock counts and inventory checks.Facilities and Office SupportOpen pallets and unpack deliveries.Break down wooden crates and packaging materials.Lift, move, and store boxes and equipment safely.Transport deliveries and pallets throughout the office.Remove pallets from office areas to designated external locations.Dispose of rubbish, packaging materials, and wooden crates appropriately.Assist with meeting room setups and office moves where required.Carry out basic maintenance and general facilities duties.Help ensure health and safety standards are maintained across the site.Liaise with and oversee contractors working on-site ..... full job details .....
