A boutique construction and property consultancy are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a well-known, London-based multi-disciplinary SME that work across three core areas; residential development, private residential and commercial.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you''ll work closely with the senior team to provide the full scope of Cost Management services, both pre and post contract, such as cost benchmarking, procurement advice, risk and value management, cashflow management and final account negotiations.

This role would be perfect for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor who''s keen to take on more responsibility and develop their experience within a progressive consultancy.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 2+ years of experience within a consultancy environment
• Ideally working towards APC / keen to begin the process
• Experience across residential development, private residential and/or commercial sectors is beneficial but not essential
• Ambitious, confident and eager to develop your career
