Whether you ve worked in prisons, probation, police, courts, social services, education, health, or as a foster carer, or bring life experience that shapes the way you work with others, we want to hear from you. Psychology graduates, life coaches, counsellors, psychotherapists, or anyone with transferable skills who loves working with people are encouraged to apply. As a Supporting People on Probation Navigator, you ll: Walk alongside adult men on probation as they understand their lifestyle, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. Help Service Users navigate the consequences of their actions, leave behind harmful relationships, and rebuild positive connections. Facilitate group interventions, deliver 1:1 support, attend prison resettlement meetings, and even support community projects like allotments or music sessions. Keep excellent records, contribute to enforceable action plans, and work closely with Probation Practitioners.
