Spotting, evaluating, and nurturing acquisition targets like a seasoned scout.Valuation and Modelling: Yes, there’s Excel. But it’s the kind that gets deals done, not the kind that gets endlessly reworked for someone’s ego.Due Diligence: Lead it. Own it. Shape it. Financial, operational, legal—you’ll be across it all.Reporting: You’ll write the papers that go to the Investment Committee. Not just summaries—strategic insights.Stakeholder Management: You’ll be talking to execs, advisers, and targets.
