Role Purpose We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Site Engineer to join our IT team, providing expert 2nd line support and acting as the primary IT contact for a designated site. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of incidents, service requests and technical issues, ensuring colleagues receive an efficient, reliable and high-quality support service. Working closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure and Applications teams, you will troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, network and cloud-based issues while helping to drive continuous service improvement across the organisation. You will also play a key role in maintaining site technology, supporting new system implementations and contributing to IT projects and technology rollouts.
