We are looking for a Secured Loan Advisor to join a well established broker . The ideal candidate will assist clients in securing loans, providing expert advice on financial products and services. Location : Bolton (hybrid- 3 days in office ) Salary will depend on experience NO WEEKENDS- Monday -Thursday 9-6pm Friday 9-4pm Duties Assess clients'' financial situations and needs to recommend suitable loan products Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately Evaluate loan applications, including credit history analysis and risk assessment Provide clear explanations of loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Requirements Previous experience within second charge loans in an advisory role is essential. Successful completion of CeMap modules 1, 2 and 3.
