We are searching for an experienced Audit Technical Senior Manager to make an impact in our Audit Technical Team at RSM UK.Our National Audit Technical Services (NATS) is responsible for maintaining and driving the technical quality of the audit firm''s operational procedures, providing technical support to partners and staff on technical accounting and financial reporting matters, and conducting quality control reviews.We need to expand our financial reporting and audit technical teams to meet anticipated growth, continue providing technical accounting support, ensure quality, identify efficiencies, and lead on implementing financial reporting changes. This is an exciting time to join as a Technical Senior Manager and be part of our journey!This role can be based out of any UK office, with some travel expected to regional offices.Key Responsibilities:

Act as a financial reporting specialist on complex audits, supporting high audit qualityPerform second opinion reviews of technical accounting matters under IFRS and UK GAAPAssist with financial and non-financial reporting consultationsDraft internal technical communications and practice aidsServe as a point of contact for technical queries from Partners and staff, supporting offices nationwideCandidate Requirements:
