Assist with employee onboarding and HR administration. Manage payroll-related records, reconciliations, pensions, and third-party payments. Respond to payroll and employee queries in a professional and timely manner. Identify and implement process improvements where possible. About You Previous payroll administration experience, ideally within an in-house payroll or HR environment. Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business. Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling confidential information. Payroll qualification (or working towards one) would be advantageous but is not essential.
