Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Quality Control team. Maintain accurate product, quality and compliance records and databases. Coordinate and track product testing, inspections and quality documentation. Monitor key deadlines and follow up with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders. Assist with the preparation of quality reports, spreadsheets and management information. Ensure relevant documentation is complete, accurate and stored correctly. Support the investigation and recording of quality issues, helping to ensure actions are followed through. Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain information and resolve queries. Help maintain and improve Quality Control processes and administrative systems. Support the wider Quality Control team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required. ..... full job details .....
