Dalgety Bay Care Home is a purpose-built, luxury care service located in the coastal town of Fife. With accommodation for up to 68 residents, our warm and welcoming home offers outstanding Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite Care.We are now looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive and values-led environment where the focus is on delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference every day.What We Offer£12.70 per hourContracted up to 38.5 hours per weekDayshift hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM£500 Welcome Bonus (paid after 6 months, subject to successful probation)Pension scheme, Onsite parking, Paid PVGUniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)What You Will Do As a Care Assistant, you will be a vital part of our care team, supporting residents with daily routines and promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. You will provide hands-on care in line with individual care plans, help maintain a safe and clean environment, support nutritional needs, and build meaningful relationships that brighten each resident’s day. Your kind nature and attention to detail will help create a truly homely and supportive setting for those we care for.What We Are Looking ForSVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferredIdeally at least 6 months of experience in a care setting, though we welcome applications from those with a passion for care and transferable skillsA genuine interest in working with older people and a commitment to delivering excellent careA team player with integrity, compassion and strong communication skillsAbout Us Dalgety Bay Care Home is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market leading care provider with over 100 care homes across the UK.
