Customer service analyst - 2-Month Contract Location: Reading (Office-Based) Start Date: Immediate IR35 Status: Inside IR35 - via Umbrella Pay Rate: £120 We are currently seeking Customer service analysts to join our client''s team based in Reading on a 2-month contract. These roles are fully office-based and require candidates who are proactive, highly organised, and confident using Excel. Key Responsibilities: Provide coordination and administrative support across a range of ongoing IT projects Work closely with Project Managers to track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure key milestones are met Organise and support meetings, including minute-taking and following up on action items Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment Maintain project governance documents including plans, risk registers, issue logs, and reporting templates Support procurement, budgeting, and invoice tracking as required Ensure adherence to internal project and compliance frameworks Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Customer Service Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a structured, deadline-driven environment Available to start immediately and work Full time onsite in Reading ..... full job details .....
