SEND Teaching Assistant Lichfield Weekly Pay Full-Time Fixed Term (1 Year) Term Time Only PAYE NOW Education is currently recruiting for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time, supply fixed-term basis within a specialist school setting supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a dedicated specialist provision supporting primary and secondary aged students who may have experienced trauma, disrupted education, and behavioural challenges. The school provides a structured and nurturing environment, and is seeking a resilient, proactive and compassionate Teaching Assistant who can make a positive impact on pupils development and engagement with learning. The Role As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with SEMH needs throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning.
