Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.Manage budgets of 90m and multi-million-pound contracts.Line manage 7 direct reports and oversee all operational staff.Deliver projects, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.
